There’s a new website on the block for vintage hockey cards enthusiasts. Vintage Hockey Cards Report dot Com came to life mid-May 2011. The site hopes to stand out amongst all the sports cards sites on the World Wide Web whose sole purpose is to sell cards.
Vintage Hockey Cards Report will provide several articles each week following a few different themes:
· The men behind the cardboard. Features on just what players did during their professional hockey careers to make their vintage hockey cards worth so much money today.
· Rarities. The story behind rare card sets like the Dad’s Cookies set, Quaker Oats WHA set, 1960’s Coca-Cola cards, etc.
· Non-NHL cards. North American minors and European cards.

Another feature of Vintage Hockey Cards Report is the on-going database of actually winning bids of vintage cards on eBay. Currently, the sold cards are listed under the ‘Price Guide’ page on the site, in order of winning bid price. Soon, there will be an option to download a file so that the user can sort the cards by any category they wish.
